WHAT SAADE IS MADE OF
Our sauna swimsuits are crafted in Europe from an innovative premium fabric made of 88% Lyocell - a plant-based fibre derived from wood pulp - and 12% Recycled Elastane.
The small percentage of elastane is essential to ensure the swimsuit retains its shape and performs in water.
Unlike most natural fabrics, which feel great in the heat but lose their form when wet, our swimsuits have been engineered to transition seamlessly from sauna to cold plunge, a dip in the sea, and beyond.

Hi, I'm Victoria, founder of Saade.
Sauna has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. My mum is Estonian, and since I was a child I spent every summer in Estonia, where evenings in the sauna were a ritual: a place for family, calm, and reset.
Now, splitting my life between quiet forests and buzzing cities like Paris and London, I’ve seen how much people everywhere crave that same feeling of release.
But every time I stepped into a sauna outside the Nordics, I noticed the same thing: people sweating in regular swimsuits.
Uncomfortable, unhygienic, and never truly made for the heat.
With years of experience working for activewear and swimwear brands, I knew how far performance wear had come. And yet the sauna, so central to my own heritage, had been left behind.
That’s why I created Saade: to bring together Nordic tradition and modern performance, with sauna wear designed for how the sauna is truly meant to feel.
