Sauna has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. My mum is Estonian, and since I was a child, I spent every summer in Estonia where evenings in the sauna were a ritual, a place for family, calm, and reset.
Now, splitting my life between quiet forests and buzzing cities like Paris and London, I’ve seen how much people everywhere crave that same feeling of release.
But every time I stepped into a sauna outside the Nordics, I noticed the same thing.
People sweating in regular swimsuits: uncomfortable, unhygienic, and not made for the heat.
I knew there had to be a better way. Saade was born to bring back the beauty and respect of sauna rituals with sauna wear designed for how the sauna is truly meant to feel.
