Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your Saade purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item under the following conditions:

Returns

• You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

• Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Swimwear must be tried on over underwear and returned with hygiene stickers intact.

• We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you wish to order a different size or style, please place a new order.

Return Fees

We offer free returns worldwide within 14 days of delivery.

To simplify the process, we will provide you with a UPS return label by email. The return fee will automatically be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using the provided label, as it ensures smooth customs handling and tracking.

Refunds

• Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

• Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

• The cost of the UPS return label will be deducted from your refund.
