Photos and descriptions are provided for information only. Minor differences may occur due to production processes.

3. Prices

• All prices are displayed in the local currency and include VAT where applicable.

• Shipping costs are shown before order confirmation.

• Saade reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the product will be billed at the price in effect at the time of order.

4. Orders

• Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

• You will receive a confirmation email summarizing your purchase.

• Saade reserves the right to refuse any order in case of suspected fraud or abnormal demand.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and accepted methods (credit card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).

6. Pre-Orders

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that delivery will occur at a later date indicated on the product page.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are detailed at checkout.

• Delays may occur due to customs, logistics, or force majeure.

• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

• You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your legal right of withdrawal without giving any reason.

• Products must be returned unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.

9. Returns & Exchanges

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we may accept exchanges or returns under conditions described in our Returns Policy.

10. Liability

Saade is not liable for:

• Any indirect damages related to use of the products.

• Delays or non-performance due to force majeure events.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (texts, logos, designs, images) remains the property of SAADE. Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of our registered office, unless otherwise required by consumer law.
